Madonna fala sobre o encontro com alguém da fim da noite e de como era perigoso se sentar tão perto daquele homem. Ela se pergunta como ela pegou uma arma e deseja que ele pague pela dor que ele a causou. Madonna usa as palavras “puta” muitas vezes e repete as palavras “bang” e “boom” algumas vezes. Ela fala sobre a perda de sua mente e metaforicamente acusa o cara de a levar a morte. Madonna fala sobre como manter seus inimigos por perto, nunca olhando para trás, mas se pergunta como ele acabou vencendo. Ela explica que algumas histórias de amor não existem (é bom demais para ser verdade).

Madonna, no refrão, admite que ela está mais instável do que ele. Ela diz que não é seu irmão, amante, nem sua amiga, mas que acabou e que ele se mostra como uma pessoa totalmente diferente, muito bem sucedido e adorado. Agora sua reputação é baixa, seu sangue está no seu copo pronta para ele.
